- Every document and file is encrypted at rest under keys held per workspace. Restricted material never leaves its workspace.
- Record keeping
- Every version is retained, every change is entered in a tamper-evident audit trail, and retention periods and legal holds are enforced.
- Controlled sharing
- Documents are shared by links that expire, can require a passcode or a sign-in, and can be revoked at any time.
